mm it was a exploit if no construction materials where used in repairing them before buying them. but maybe the Dev doesn't want people repairing them until after they buy them. i tend to always repair the broken buildings of the hub and now (exp branch) i can't anymore.. is this intentional? can you still repair buildings you don't own?
I also start a new game, and find med kits in general store. so, you might wanna try close mods and look again. some city don't even have weapon store in my game. not sure if it's random problem or so. #1. Well Kenshi is a harsh world I won't complain.. I routinely sit characters in the Hub bar and the Rebel Outpost/HQ/whatsits. They're there just to keep an eye on things. (When basing out of The Hub.) You have to kill or capture Inquisitor Seta for the Shek to take Stack. Imprisoning counts as him being in any Shek cell, so if you cash in his bounty, you're in the clear.
