I don't know of a good half-marathon app like active's C25k and 5k to 10k app. I too have transitioned over to a Hal Higdon plan and use my Runkeeper app. Runkeeper actually has a pretty cool feature where you can set a distance or time trigger in either miles or kilometers so it will prompt you once you reach a certain distance.
